The construction process of community photovoltaic power stations is full of challenges and wisdom. Due to the different roof structures of residential buildings, the construction team needs to conduct detailed surveys and designs for each building. For some buildings with hidden water leakage hazards on the roof, waterproofing treatment should be carried out first before installing photovoltaic brackets. In addition to residential areas, photovoltaic power plants also show great potential in commercial communities and industrial parks. In a large commercial complex in China, photovoltaic modules are installed on both the roof and exterior facade. These photovoltaic modules not only have power generation functions, but also adopt special designs that perfectly integrate with the exterior of the building, becoming a beautiful scenery line in the city. The annual power generation of the photovoltaic power station in this commercial complex can reach 5 million kWh, which is equivalent to reducing more than 4000 tons of carbon dioxide emissions annually. In industrial parks, some enterprises have built distributed photovoltaic power stations, achieving "self use and surplus electricity grid connection". At night or on rainy days, energy storage devices can release the stored electricity during the day, ensuring a continuous supply of electricity to the community. In the future, community photovoltaic power stations may also be combined with smart microgrids to achieve autonomous regulation and optimized distribution of electricity. The electrical appliances in residents' homes can automatically adjust their operating mode according to the power generation of the photovoltaic power station, further improving energy utilization efficiency. Community photovoltaic power stations are bringing green living into millions of households with their unique charm, contributing to the community's efforts to achieve carbon peak and carbon neutrality goals.
