In terms of fire protection measures, we have adopted the concept of "prevention first, combination of prevention and control", and equipped the 261kWh integrated cabinet with multiple protections in hardware configuration, including Pack level aerosol fire protection measures; The (cluster) cabinet level adopts comprehensive detection methods such as temperature and smoke detectors, physical thermal sensitive wires, and combustible gas detectors to monitor the operating environment of the system in real time, link with perfluorohexane gas cylinders for fire extinguishing, and reserve interfaces for water fire protection.

In terms of electrical safety, we have adopted a design of battery compartment/power compartment separation, and fully integrated the PCS, BMS, and EMS "3S" systems. 2. Better LCOS

 

 

 

Adopting a new generation of 314Ah high-energy density battery cells, compared to the 280Ah battery cells commonly used in 215kWh energy storage integrated cabinets, its energy density has been significantly improved. The single cabinet covers an area of approximately 1.47 square meters and has an energy density of up to 177.55 kWh/square meter. The difficulty of insufficient installation sites in effective industrial and commercial scenarios.


Adopting a liquid cooled intelligent temperature control system, the on-site measured temperature difference between battery cells is less than 3 ℃, and the temperature difference between PACKs is less than 4 ℃. The high temperature control reliability brings high battery consistency, effectively reducing the barrel effect of the battery system and greatly increasing the service life of the entire cabinet battery system.

Flexible system expansion


The 261kWh energy storage integrated cabinet is like building blocks, which can be assembled into a project ranging from several hundred kWh to several hundred MWh, achieving different energy demands.


When the project size is small, the locally integrated high-performance EMS controller can achieve fast local integration without the need for additional controllers, making construction convenient.


When the project volume is large, the local EMS controller at the station level can not only connect to the energy storage system, but also support local connection to the photovoltaic system, which can achieve multiple application scenarios such as pure storage and photovoltaic storage collaboration.

Flexible control strategy


Industrial and commercial storage is mainly applied in peak shaving and valley filling scenarios, combined with demand control strategies, anti backflow protection, etc. to achieve goals such as dynamic expansion and off grid backup power. Due to differences in the number and capacity of transformers on site, EMS has diverse requirements for demand control and anti backflow protection. For example, under multiple grid connection points, demand protection for certain transformers and anti backflow protection for the main transformer need to be flexibly configured in EMS to achieve protection purposes.
