The battery pack shell is made of UL94-5VA flame-retardant patented composite material, which has excellent flame-retardant and mechanical properties, adapts to harsh environments, and greatly improves the overall safety of the energy storage system.


PACK level fire monitoring, the M7 series battery pack has an independent fire detection module to ensure rapid detection of abnormal situations inside the pack and transmit signals to the fire control host.


PACK grade perfluorohexane, M7 series battery pack supports single pack irrigation with perfluorohexane, achieving targeted and precise fire extinguishing.


Biomimetic liquid cooling pipeline, the liquid cooling pipeline in M7 series battery packs adopts biomimetic capillary distribution, and utilizes advanced process technology and intelligent AI algorithms to achieve single pack intelligent heat management. The temperature difference of the battery cells inside the package can be controlled within 2.5 ℃, and the system temperature rise should not exceed 5 ℃.

 

In terms of electrical performance, a vehicle grade smoke detection system has been introduced, which has a high-precision monitoring capability of up to 15 years and does not require calibration, ensuring long-term stable monitoring effects. At the same time, advanced arc flash prevention technology has been adopted, and a series of measures such as carefully optimized electrical layout, application of arc flash prevention materials and equipment have significantly reduced the risk of arc flash accidents. In addition, a triple passive protection strategy has been implemented, using three-level fuses to cooperate with each other, ensuring that the impact range can be quickly and effectively controlled to a minimum in the event of a short circuit, fully guaranteeing the safe and stable operation of the system.

① When actively insulating and storing at low temperatures, starting the liquid cooling machine at a specific temperature not only ensures battery life but also reduces system energy consumption.

Tailored liquid cooling strategies for liquid cooling systems to cope with different application modes in normal temperature, high temperature, and low temperature scenarios, ensuring optimal power consumption in each scenario;


③ Through precise temperature monitoring and adjustment, the temperature differences in various areas inside the container can be kept within a small range, ensuring the stable operation of key equipment such as batteries. The system temperature difference is within 5 ℃, and the cluster level temperature difference is within 3 ℃.


④ Regardless of harsh environments such as high temperature, low temperature, or humidity, containers can maintain internal temperature stability by adjusting thermal management strategies in all scenarios. Both high temperature hot start and low temperature cold start have undergone long-term verification in the environmental chamber to ensure full scenario delivery.
