The battery pack capacity is measured at room temperature 25°C, so in winter, the battery capacity is exerted and the mileage is slightly reduced is considered normal. It is recommended that in winter, the battery pack is charged in a place with a high ambient temperature to ensure that the battery pack can be filled.
When the electric vehicle is not riding or parking, it is recommended that the customer unplug the link between the battery pack and the electric vehicle, or turn off the power lock. Because the motor and controller consume power when they are not loaded, avoid wasting power.
