Enclosure Manufacturing Process
Its enclosure is fabricated from durable materials. For aluminum enclosures, sheets are cut to size using precision CNC machines, then bent and welded to form the structure. Reinforcements are added at key stress points. In the case of plastic enclosures, injection molding is used, where molten plastic is injected into custom molds. The molds are designed to create a weatherproof, impact-resistant casing with proper cable entry points and ventilation channels.
