The battery stands out with its flexible high-voltage configuration, addressing the voltage matching needs of different high-power inverters and energy storage systems: each single module operates at 51.2V nominal voltage (58.4V max charge voltage, 40V cut-off voltage), and users can achieve 153.6V (3 modules in series), 307.2V (6 modules in series), 512V (10 modules in series), up to 716.8V (14 modules in series) through series combination. The 100AH capacity per module delivers 5.12kWh energy per unit, and parallel connection of multiple series groups supports capacity expansion from 15.36kWh (3 modules in series × 1 group in parallel) to hundreds of kWh, adapting to scenarios from small commercial backup to large industrial energy storage. The wide voltage range enables direct compatibility with 150-800V high-power inverters, eliminating the need for additional voltage conversion devices and reducing system energy loss.
LiFePO4 Core for Safety & Long-Lifespan
Built with premium lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) cells and a multi-layer protection design, the battery ensures reliable operation in high-voltage scenarios:
Inherent Safety Performance: LiFePO4 cells feature non-flammable, non-explosive properties, with a thermal runaway temperature above 200°C-far higher than other lithium-ion batteries. The high-voltage module is equipped with insulation monitoring and leakage protection, ensuring safe operation even at 716.8V.
Exceptional Longevity: 3000-6000 deep cycles at 80% depth of discharge (DoD), retaining ≥80% capacity after 10-15 years of service. The high-voltage compatible battery management system (BMS) ensures balanced charging/discharging of each cell and module, avoiding capacity degradation caused by voltage imbalance.
Stable High-Temperature Performance: Operates stably in -20°C to 60°C, with no significant capacity loss at high temperatures (50°C) and no performance attenuation in low-temperature environments (-10°C), adapting to diverse climate conditions.
19-Inch Rack-Mounted Design for Space Efficiency
Adopting the international standard 19-inch server rack design (module dimensions: 482.6mm×450mm×130mm, weight: ~45kg), the battery integrates seamlessly with existing data center, industrial control room, and energy storage cabinet infrastructure:
High Space Utilization: A standard 42U rack can accommodate up to 16 modules (installed in layers), achieving 81.92kWh energy in a 0.8㎡ footprint-saving 30-40% space compared to traditional cabinet-type batteries.
Easy Installation & Maintenance: Supports front-access installation and maintenance, with slide rails for easy module extraction. Hot-swappable design allows replacing faulty modules without shutting down the entire system, reducing maintenance downtime.
Good Ventilation & Heat Dissipation: The rack-mounted layout ensures uniform air circulation between modules, matching with the rack's built-in cooling system to maintain battery temperature uniformity within ±3°C, avoiding hot spots in high-voltage operation.
Intelligent BMS for High-Voltage Management
Each module is equipped with a dedicated high-voltage BMS, and the system-level BMS coordinates unified management, realizing full-process intelligent control:
Precise Monitoring: Real-time monitoring of cell voltage, module current, temperature, State of Charge (SoC), and insulation resistance. For series-connected high-voltage systems, it monitors the voltage balance of each module to prevent overvoltage/undervoltage.
Multi-Level Protection: Provides overcharge, over-discharge, short-circuit, overcurrent, over-temperature, and insulation fault protection. When an abnormality is detected, it cuts off the circuit within 0.01s to protect the battery and connected equipment.
Communication Compatibility: Supports RS485, CAN, Ethernet, and Modbus protocols, seamlessly connecting to upper-level energy management systems (EMS) or inverter control systems. Users can remotely monitor and control the battery via a cloud platform or local HMI.
