Q: What battery chemistry do you use?

A:

We use LiFePO4 (Lithium Iron Phosphate) chemistry for all our battery products. It offers the highest safety, longest cycle life (6000+ cycles), and excellent thermal stability compared to other lithium chemistries.

Q: Can your battery work with Victron inverters?

A:

Yes. Our batteries are compatible with mainstream inverter brands including Victron, Huawei, Deye, Growatt, SMA, Goodwe and more. We support CAN bus and RS485 communication protocols.

Q: Do you support OEM/ODM?

A:

Yes, we provide full OEM/ODM services including custom logo, packaging, labels, firmware branding, and even custom product design based on your specifications. MOQ applies.

Q: What's your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?

A:

MOQ varies by product. For standard battery modules, MOQ is typically 10 units. For complete BESS systems, MOQ is 1 set. For OEM orders, MOQ is negotiable based on customization level.

Q: What's the cycle life of your batteries?

A:

Our LiFePO4 batteries are rated for 6000+ cycles at 80% DoD (Depth of Discharge), which translates to 10-15 years of service life under normal operating conditions. We provide a 10-year warranty.

Q: Can batteries be connected in parallel?

A:

Yes. Our battery systems support parallel connection for capacity expansion. Up to 15 units can be connected in parallel for residential systems, and rack-mounted systems can scale up to 600kWh for commercial applications.

Q: Which inverter brands are compatible?

A:

Our products are compatible with Victron, Huawei, Deye, Growatt, SMA, Goodwe, Solis, Luxpower and many other mainstream inverter brands. We can provide a full compatibility list upon request.

Q: What's the warranty policy?

A:

Solar panels come with a 30-year linear power warranty. Batteries come with a 10-year warranty. Inverters come with a 5-year warranty. Extended warranty options are available for bulk orders.
