Q: Can I use it with a generator?
A: Yes, you can, but there are considerations. Ensure the generator's output voltage and frequency match the input requirements of it. Also, the generator should have a stable power output; otherwise, fluctuations could affect its performance or even damage it. It's advisable to use a voltage regulator or stabilizer if the generator's power isn't consistent. Additionally, consider the combined power capacity. If the generator can't supply enough power for the load you want to run through it, it won't work effectively. For example, a 2kW generator might not be sufficient to power a large air conditioner along with other appliances through it.
