The 112kWh LiFePO₄ battery pack in the integrated cabinet supports more than 6,000 charge-discharge cycles at 80% Depth of Discharge (DOD). After 6,000 cycles, the capacity retention rate is still above 80%, which can meet the long-term operation needs of commercial and industrial projects (usually 8-12 years). Compared with traditional lead-acid batteries, it has longer service life and lower long-term operation costs, which is more suitable for large-scale, long-cycle energy storage projects.

 

 

 

What protection functions does the integrated cabinet's BMS and overall safety system provide?

 

The integrated cabinet is equipped with a high-performance integrated BMS and a multi-level safety protection system. The BMS provides real-time monitoring and protection for the battery pack, including overcharge, over-discharge, over-current, short-circuit, over-temperature, under-temperature, and cell balancing protection. The overall cabinet is also equipped with: fire suppression system (automatic spray when fire is detected), smoke and temperature sensors (real-time monitoring of cabinet internal environment), leakage protection, and surge protection.
