Products Description
Solar Panel Junction Box
The solar panel junction box is located on the back of each solar panel. It serves as the connection point for the panel's internal wiring and the external cables. It is sealed to prevent moisture and dust ingress, protecting the electrical connections from environmental damage. Inside the junction box, there are diodes that prevent reverse current flow, ensuring the proper functioning of the solar panel array. The junction box also provides a convenient location for connecting multiple panels in series or parallel, depending on the system design requirements.
Inverter Cooling Fan
The inverter cooling fan is an important component for maintaining the proper operating temperature of the inverter. As the inverter converts DC to AC power, it generates heat. The cooling fan circulates air over the heat sinks and internal components of the inverter, dissipating the heat and preventing overheating. A well-designed cooling fan is quiet and energy-efficient, ensuring that the inverter operates reliably and continuously, even under heavy load conditions. It helps to prolong the lifespan of the inverter and maintain its high conversion efficiency.
Charge Controller Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) Algorithm
The charge controller's MPPT algorithm is designed to continuously track the maximum power point of the solar panel array. It analyzes the panel's voltage and current characteristics in real-time and adjusts the operating point to extract the maximum available power. This is achieved through complex mathematical calculations and feedback loops. The MPPT algorithm adapts to changing environmental conditions, such as varying sunlight intensity and temperature, ensuring optimal energy harvest at all times.

Factory
Environmental Sustainability Initiatives
The factory is committed to environmental sustainability. We have installed a large-scale rooftop solar power generation system that not only supplies a significant portion of the factory's own electricity needs but also serves as a showcase for our product capabilities. Wastewater generated during the production process is treated and recycled through an advanced purification system, minimizing water consumption and environmental impact. We also have a comprehensive waste management program in place, which focuses on recycling and reusing materials such as scrap metal, plastic, and paper. Our manufacturing processes are continuously optimized to reduce energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions, aligning with global efforts to combat climate change.
FAQ
How long does it last?
The solar panels generally have a lifespan of 20 - 25 years. The micro-inverter usually lasts about 10 - 15 years. The battery, if included, has a variable lifespan. For example, lithium-ion batteries can last 5 - 10 years, while lead-acid batteries may have a shorter lifespan of 3 - 5 years.
Can it work in cloudy or rainy weather?
Yes, it can work, but the power output is significantly reduced. Solar panels can still generate some electricity even in diffused sunlight or light rain. However, heavy cloud cover or continuous rain will limit the amount of power produced. Modern systems are designed to optimize power generation under such conditions, but it is far less than on a sunny day.
