Working principle
Chemical Reactions during Charging
The 48V 200AH lithium - iron - phosphate (LiFePO₄) battery operates based on specific chemical reactions. During the charging process, lithium ions (Li⁺) are extracted from the cathode material, which is lithium iron phosphate. These ions travel through the electrolyte, a medium that allows the movement of ions. The electrolyte is usually a lithium - salt - based solution. As the lithium ions move towards the anode, which is typically made of graphite, they are inserted into the anode's crystal structure.
