50kW Power & 100kWh Capacity for Heavy-Duty Applications

Equipped with a high-performance 50kW bidirectional inverter and a 100kWh LiFePO4 battery bank, the system delivers robust power output and ample energy storage to meet diverse heavy-duty needs: it can supply 50kW continuous power (100kW peak surge for 10 seconds) to support industrial equipment, commercial HVAC systems, or critical facility loads during outages. The 100kWh capacity enables 2 hours of full-load operation (50kW × 2h) or 4 hours of partial-load operation (25kW × 4h), making it suitable for peak shaving (reducing high-cost grid power use during peak hours) and load shifting (storing off-peak cheap electricity for on-peak use). The LiFePO4 battery chemistry ensures superior cycle life-3000–6000 deep cycles at 80% depth of discharge (DoD), retaining ≥80% capacity after 10–15 years of service, far outperforming lead-acid alternatives.

 

 

High-Efficiency Energy Conversion & Intelligent Management

The system boasts industry-leading energy conversion efficiency, driven by advanced hardware and smart control: the 50kW bidirectional inverter achieves 96–98% AC-DC/DC-AC conversion efficiency, minimizing energy loss during charging (from solar or grid) and discharging (to loads or grid). Solar Self-Consumption: Prioritizes storing excess solar energy and supplies stored power to loads when solar output is insufficient, increasing solar self-consumption rate by 30–40%.

Peak Shaving & Load Shifting: Automatically charges during grid off-peak hours (low electricity rates) and discharges during peak hours (high rates), reducing monthly electricity costs by 20–35% for commercial/industrial users.

Backup Power: Switches to backup mode within 10ms of grid failure, ensuring uninterrupted power supply for critical loads (e.g., data centers, production lines, medical equipment).
